Policies and Procedures

There is a 15 minute grace period, anything after that will be considered a no show, unless discussed with me beforehand.

Appointment Booking

• A 50% deposit is required for all new clients. The deposit goes toward your service and is non refundable.
• Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
• If you would like an appointment reminder please let me know.

Cancellation Policy

• NO SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATION = FULL SERVICE AMOUNT
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
